Updating via Packungen.xls and Praeparateliste_mit_WS.xls

1. If a product disappears from one month to the other from Packungen.xls then we set a deactivated date.
2. If the product is found in Praeparateliste_mit_WS.xls and an Export-Flag is there, then we set the Export-Flag for that sequence.
3. If a product has the swissmedic_renewal_flag set to true and the Registration disappears from Packungen.xls then the swissmedic_renewal_flag is set to false again if it was true before.
4. Packages are deleted. Registrations and Sequences are deactivated.
5. Packages are only deleted if the Registration is still active.
