FIRST import all data from swissINDEX

• GTIN
• Pharmacode
• Status
• Seit
• Bezeichnung (DE / FR)
• Menge
• ATC
• Hersteller
• GLN

then you add the following flags via Preparations.xml

• Ex-Factory Price
• Public Price
• SL Price valid from
• Original / Generic
• all Limitations (go into oddb_limitations.xml)

then you add the following flags via Packungen.xls

• Abgabekategorie (column 'N')
• ATC (if missing from swissINDEX)
• Wirkstoff (column 'O')
• Packungsgrösse (column 'L')

Then you write the files.

Note: If a product does not have a pharmacode in swissINDEX OR Preparations.xml do not add the product to the data. We may add an option later to add EAN/GTIN-Codes without Pharmacodes via Packungen.xls
