Upgrading Rubygems from 0.9.4 to 1.3.7

• Download Rubygems 1.3.7 manually
• tar -xzf rubygems-1.3.7.tar.gz
• cd rubygems-1.3.7
• ruby setup.rb
• rm /usr/bin/gem
• cd /usr/bin
• ln -s gem18 gem
