What happens when the Swissmedic-Update runs?

1. Packungen.xls delivers all the information about the drugs. Basically two Packungen.xls files are compared with each other.
2. Praeparateliste_mit_WS.xls sets the Export-Flag and is used to see if any Registrations that are not in Packungen.xls are found in Praeparateliste_mit_WS.xls.
3. If a package is deleted from Packungen.xls but is still in Praeparatelite_mit_WS.xls no "deactivated-date" is set because the drug is actually still registred with Swissmedic, it just does not have any Package-ID.
4. If a package is not found in Packungen.xls and Praeparateliste.xls, which means the registration is deactivated, then the Swissmedic-Renewal-Flag is set to nil.
5. The export_flag process and the deletion process are independent
6. The deletion information comes from Packungen.xls and the export_flag information comes from Praeparateliste_mit_WS.xls
7. The swissmedic expiry date is taken from the column M of Packungen.xls
