Rebuild Elexis

• cd elexis-bootstrap
• ./gen_repo.rb --branch 2.1.7 .

If you are missing some Add-Ons try this:

• rm -rf elexis-base elexis-addons && hg pull --update && ./gen_repo.rb --branch 2.1.7 .

and you need to set eclipse as well

• export P2_EXE=/home/zeno/.software/elexis-bootstrap/indigo-SR2/eclipse
