Create new interaction view and state

Note

• 'Interactions view' uses @session data, which is interaction_basket data, to search the interactions list
• The url becomes just like http://ch.oddb.org/de/gcc/interactions/
• 'Interaction detail view' should work without @session information to type url as follows
  • http://ch.oddb.org/de/gcc/interaction_detail/atc_code/C07AB02,G04BE03
  • but snapback links (to basket and to interaction list) do not work because they use @session data
