Use new swissmedic-xslx format for oddb2xml

Todo for today:

• Fix failing specs
• Remove downloaded xls/xlsx-Files

Fixed the spec tests with commit Fix spec tests. I am a little unhappy about the solution, as I was unable to make it work by using the content of the data/spec/*.xlsx files.

Running Travis-CI found that with Ruby 1.8.7 we have two problems. Upgrading with commits Reverted to nokogiri 1.5.10 for Ruby 1.8.7 and Fixed nokogiri to 1.5.x for Ruby 1.8.7didn't fix the problem.

Do we need support for Ruby 1.8.7?
