Adapt oddb.org and swissmedic-diff to xslx files

Fixed hpc/recall links. Only the last 10 entries are looked at. See commit Adapt to new links in swissmedic.ch

When running jobs/import_swissmedic I get an email Error: swissmedic - 01/2014

I must adapt swissmedic-diff to work with xslx files. I will probably have to tweak rubyXL to provide the same functionality like spreadsheet. Will continue next monday.

Fix running rspec for oddb2xml

Travis-CI reports that bundle install --deployment fails. This seems to be a known problem. See https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/1793.

Now the build fails with the same problem as seen locally. See https://travis-ci.org/ngiger/oddb2xml/jobs/16651135.

As we are quite confident that oddb2xml works with 1.8.7, but that we have just a hard to find bug when executing the specs, we will disable the test for Ruby 1.8.7. See commit Don't run failing spec with ruby 1.8.7
