Keep in Mind for work to do
  • Fix dojo error http://www.sitepen.com/blog/2012/10/31/debugging-dojo-common-error-messages/#forgot-dom-ready
  • I removed on May-27 tests for ix_registrationss, fix_sequences, fix_compositions, fix_packages from test/test_plugin/swissmedic.rb,as he could not find any references for them in the src code. Did I erroneously remove stuff when cleaning up the swissmedic import earlier?
  • The whole test for older/newer Packages must be adapted to xlsx. One must compare the rows (e.g. by creating csv files) and do the same stuff in xlsx!
  • creat gem: task: input=file with ean-codes, standard output show ean-codes + atc-code. Source is Swissmedic Packungen.xlsx or XML.
  • Import via data/medreg_companies.yaml
  • Fix problem with radioactivatum 99m-technetio when parsing Wirkstoffe
  • Fix galenic_forms when parsing swissmedic.xlsx
  • Cleanup generic_type. Replace it everywhere by sl_generic_type and adapt code accordingly.
  • Get updated ATC-codes from EPha for oddb.org, too.
  • Use refdatabase for oddb.org, too.
  • Check whether we should revert the part which touche src/plugin/text_info.rb of commit 17af82ba4d76a5838683411b260de265531f9e74. We should improve test/stub/oddbapp.rb to work similar for update/pointer as the real oddbapp. In this case we would have a good Stub for plugins. May we need a different stub when working with plugins (which create/modify/destroy ODDB-Objects), when in most other cases a very simple stub is sufficient.
  • When a logged in admin user changes an atc_code of a product, the corresponding atc_class must update its sequences, too.
  • Order of entering search type and value should not matter. Both should show long URL with search
  • Remove parser for minifi (but keep the minifi)
  • BSV-Plugin does not send mail. Is it sending two mails at once?
  • remove obsolete pdf_patinfo in model, admin/views
  • Fix sbsm/htmlgrid when DEFAULT_FLAVOUR is nil

Setup sandoz.xmlconv.bbmb.ch on oddb-ci2

Testing whether after removing all cookies I can see the customer. Tried with Firefox. Still too many redirects. Same with chromium.

Checking YUS entities. Running

Uses the wrong port 9997. Using the config from sandoz bbmb gives

niklaus@oddb-ci2 ~> /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/ruby -rubygems /usr/local/share/src/yus/bin/yus_show admin@sandoz.ch --config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml
Password for ngiger@ywesee.com:

If I pass directly the drbport I get asked for my user name

This is using the wrong port. Must user "--server_url" and not "server_url". This leads to

niklaus@oddb-ci2 ~> sudo -u bbmb /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/ruby -rubygems /usr/local/share/src/yus/bin/yus_grant --config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml ngiger@ywesee.com login ch.bbmb.Admin

Looking at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ngiger/vagrant-oddb_org/master/static-modules/oddb_org/templates/yus_create_yml.rb.erb and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ngiger/vagrant-oddb_org/master/static-modules/oddb_org/templates/yus_grant_user.rb.erb to create a new yus user for sandoz.bbmb.

Had no success in creating a /home/niklaus/yus/yus.yml configuration which would allow me to call yus_add_user (or yus_show).

On thinpower installed ruby-password with sudo /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/gem install ruby-password. When trying to call yus_show I get

ngiger@fastpower ~ $ /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/ruby -rubygems /usr/local/share/src/yus/bin/yus_show config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml admin@sandoz.ch

        from /usr/local/share/src/yus/bin/yus_show:58

In the first case it used the root_name specified in /etc/yus/yus.yml.

Calculated the hash for password '1234' using @ ruby18 -e "require 'digest/sha2'; p Digest::SHA256::hexdigest('1234')""03ac674216f3e15c761ee1a5e255f067953623c8b388b4459e13f978d7c846f4" Verified using

Added some debug output in yus_show to verify as which user I am logged in. Gives

niklaus@oddb-ci2 ~> sudo -u bbmb /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/ruby -rubygems /usr/local/share/src/yus/bin/yus_show admin@sandoz.ch --config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml

Changing /service/sandoz.bbmb.ch-yus/run to call directly the yusd installed as gem, .eg sudo -u bbmb /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/yusd -rubygems config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml. Now I succeed with

sudo -u bbmb /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/yus_show admin@sandoz.ch --config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml
Password for ngiger@ywesee.com:
["admin@sandoz.ch",
 ["edit", [["yus.entities"]]],
 ["grant", [["login"]]],
 ["login", [["ch.bbmb.sandoz.Admin"]]],
 ["set_password", [["admin@sandoz.ch"], ["everything"]]]]

Conclusion: yus_show and yusd must operate with exactly the same files.

Restarting apache and testing whether after a login in http://sandoz.bbmb.ngiger.ch/ I can see the customers. No. Still having problems.

No I must create the user ngiger@ywesee.com and grant it more privileges.

sudo -u bbmb /usr/local/bin/ruby186/bin/yus_add_user --config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/yus.yml ngiger@ywesee.com login ch.bbmb.sandoz.Admin

Restarting /service/sandoz.bbmb.ch, /service/sandoz.bbmb.ch-yus and apache server. http://sandoz.bbmb.ngiger.ch/de/customers/ still displays the ERR_TO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Correcting bin/bbmbd and pushed commit Fixed bin/bbmbd and migrate_to_utf8

Used gem231 to install the new gems bbmb, ydbd-pg and ydbi. Now starting bbmb directly gives me the following error

Adding "-rydim/invoice" goes farther and provokes the error

Replacing VERSION = `cg-object-id` by VERSION = `git rev-parse HEAD`

Now running sudo -u apache /usr/local/bin/ruby231 -I/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/lib -rydim/invoice /usr/local/bin/bbmbd config=/var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch/etc/config.yml starts bbmbd successfully. However after a login I still ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Restarting apache and deleting all cookies did not help, neither.

Pushed fix for the VERSION with commit Fix getting git version

Running sandoz.bbmb.ch as user bbmb (instead of apache) did also produce the error ERR_TO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Pushed to two commits for sandoz.bbmb. Added a soft link for sudo ln -s /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/bbmb-2.0.1/bin . in /var/www/sandoz.bbmb.ch

Stepped using pry starting at /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/bbmb-2.0.1/lib/bbmb/html/state/login.rb @ line 19 BBMB::Html::State::Login#login:. Did not see anything abnormal at first glance. But finally the drb return an empty string '' which is surely not correct. See Attach:pry_session_log.txt

To compare it with ydim I tried to get into the same pry debug point via https://ydim.oddb-ci2.dyndns.org/de/ydim. But here I get the following error

SBSM::Session#process: /de/ydim
ArgumentError
undefined class/module BBMB::

(druby://localhost:12375) /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/odba-1.1.2/lib/odba/cache.rb:314:in `fetch_or_do'

The port idea 12375 reveals that the ydimd throws this error.

Did my changes of today in bbmb break ydim?

  • Do we need to grant yus entities as described by Mase in http://dev.ywesee.com/Masa/20101110-setup-eshop?
  • Copy sandoz.xmlconf files from fastpower, generate a git repository and try to convert it into a gem
  • Fix skipped unit tests in bbmb
  • Try to make the selenium test run under bbmb. If successfull also in sandoz.bbmb.ch and sandoz.xmlconf
