NOTE

This is maybe problem SMTP server on google.
But in my local machine, this job (and result mail also) works fine.

Updater swissregd updater

Swissregd has some changes in server configuration.

• Timing to Return of Cookie is also changed.
• content-encoding header for gzip is also gone :(
