Refactor composite

Guestbook use DaVaz::View::Composite which extends HtmlGrid::Composite but it does not have any content without a constant.
Then I've removed this partial file.

Fix guestbook widget

I've just fixed Guestbook form. (this simple form is also made with all Ajax... why?)

Fix guestbook liveeditor

• Replace connect as on module (dojo)
• Migrate ywesee wigets to dojo 1.7 (live editor widget depends on many othe ywesee widgets...)
• Refactor widegts code (remove unused code)
